This is the main part in your css, this is the format of what ALL of your pages will look like. It involves font sizes, font family, colour of the fonts, cursor type, background image, and scroll bars [you can learn how to do these in my other tutorials]. This coding is the part of your links, what an active link looks like, when you hover, once you have clicked etc...this is very important as you will have a lot of links on your site, and without this code your style sheet can look very unnatractive.
